Please ensure that the delivery address is correct at checkout. Caravan and Camping Solutions is not liable for any delays or losses if the delivery address is incorrect.

1. We have a flat rate of $15 for Standard Registered postage up to 5kg

2. We use Australia Post, Standard, or Express as per order

3. All postage is registered and tracking numbers will be provided via email once confirmed

4. Signature may be required upon delivery

5. Orders may be sent from multiple warehouse locations 

6. Special or Out of Stock orders may be shipped using different methods such as couriers

7. Orders are typically packed and sent within 48 hours 

8. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday and not delivered on weekends, public holidays or after hours

9. We do not ship internationally unless pre-arranged, please contact Jason@caravancampingsolutions.com.au

Pickup

You can pick up your order from our location in Hervey Bay if you use the local pickup option at checkout. Please call or email us to confirm a day and time of pickup, as well as the pickup address.

Pickup is available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
